Commercial services
Commercial Architecture photography services are based upon half and day rate structures. Image rights are negotiated by size, type and purpose of circulation as well as time. An extreme amount of focus is placed upon lighting, styling and composition. Creativity and perspective are of the highest concern as well as high Quality images of high resolution. Images are Captured with the assumption of being circulated in major publications.
Equipment is of 21 megapixel or more and all photographs are shot with perspective controlled lenses. One assistant is included in the full day rate.
Half day rate $600.00
Full day rate $1200.00
Usage rights calculated by usage and circulation.
Travel exceeding 100 miles will include travel fees. Any services requiring overnight accomidations will require separate rooms and dinner arrangements for both photographer and assistant that meet the approval of photographer.
