To all of you that came out for First Friday’s showing of my work, thank you so very  much.  I loved talking with each of you, hearing your comments and sharing my thoughts and the vision with you.  If you’d like to see more, or couldn’t make it last night, I plan to exhibit in the Wheeler Arts Community May 2nd big event and also at Studio 1 in the Murphy Building this same night. Most likely a continuation of this series.  Again, it was my pleasure to share this body of work and thanks for your support. josie 

Work from this new series, “An Immaculate Nature” will be showing April 4, 2008 at the Wheeler Arts Community in Fountain Square. Myself and Andrea Fogt will be showcased as the featured guest artists in the gallery just left of the main entrance.

I invite all of you to come by and view, the gallery will be open from 5:00 until 10:00 with artist studios open as well.

I’d like to acknowledge those who helped make this shoot possible and successful. Each of were an integral part of the day and made the images complete. From the wonderfully giving and glowing models who let me compose them for half a day to the dresses from Cheryl at Costumes by Margie, the assisting and attention from my great husband John, the gorgeous jewelry of my beloved mothers, and the wonderful hair and makeup by the talented and ever so kind Rebecca and Kathryn of True Colors . . . you helped an image long in my mind come to life.Sarah, Jackie, Hannah, Zeta, Kate, Amanda, Echo and April… you are all so beautiful. What a pleasure it was to photograph each of you.
