LeClaire and Tyler had it all from the reasonably sized heels to the epic Harry Potter entrance music. The gorgeous venue, the magical cake, the first and last dance under the best chandelier in town, a sweet as can be and emotional ceremony followed by enough laughter and love to really feel the reception mood. We photographed their engagement session at Eagle Creek, and I could tell right then the kind of wedding day they would have. Genuine and joyful, and most of all, grateful. We began at the Omni for preparing with the ladies while my second was at the apartment and then the pool table at the main destination of the Scottish Rite Cathedral. Their first time to see one another was as LeClaire walked down the aisle, and such a wonderful set of interactions it was. The bride to her groom in anticipation, and every aspect of the ceremony looked to resonate from their hearts and souls, recognizing God’s work in bringing them together and sustaining them as the years ahead await them. Families surrounded them in love and support, friends celebrated far into the night with them to the very fun, very talented Endless Summer Band, and the dance floor was rarely anything less than full and bouncing under many happy feet. And just as it began, the evening ended with a showing of how in love these two are as they enjoyed a last dance with the ballroom all their own. Light below their feet, golden hues above their heads and full happy hearts as they walked out into the rest of their lives as husband and wife. As magical as Harry Potter and his wand, their journey took flight, love proving again to be worth far more than catching the golden snitch.
